The watch has four different modes, each one designed to function according to your specific situation. The modes you can choose from are:
Daily Mode is your default mode. Safe-Zones are enabled in this mode and it is best for everyday use. You will receive automatic location updates, manual updates, and battery alerts.
Battery Life in this mode: 12-24 hours
Auto Updates: Every 30-45 minutes
Standby Mode will be your best option for saving battery. Please note that in this mode, Safe-Zones will be disabled.
Battery Life in this mode: 20-36 hours
Auto Updates: Every 60 minutes
Emergency Mode allows for live tracking of your child. It can be used if you're ever in a situation where your child needs to be located immediately and frequently. Please note that this is a power hungry mode.
Battery Life in the mode: 5-7 hours
Auto Updates: Every 30-60 seconds for periods of 5 minutes that can be successively activated
Flight Mode is the best mode if you are going on a plane. You can also choose how long to keep the watch in this mode for. Please note that this mode will shut down all communications to and from your hereO watch, turning the watch unusable until the time you set it for has expired.
Battery Life in this mode: 50-60 hours on a full charge
Auto Updates: Disabled
How to set or change the watch’s mode:
1. On the main screen, click on the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the watch user whose mode you would like to change (watch users will have a watch image next to their photo icon).
3. Click "Settings"
4. Choose the mode that you would like to activate (there will be a check mark next to your current mode selection).
4. Click “Activate” at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that the watch will revert back to the default mode (Daily Mode) when it is plugged in to charge. So, if you would like to keep it in a certain mode, you will need to change the mode again after the watch is charged.
