Try to restart your device. If it still isn’t responding, please contact us.
I am not receiving live updates as requested
The Live Update will fail if the watch is low on battery/off, or if it is in an area of bad cellular reception. If you don't see the last known location of the watch on your app, and the device is charged, please try moving to a different area (preferably outside) for a stronger cell signal.
A message popped up saying “Last known location - No new location found”
If the device cannot attain a GPS or Wifi signal, it will send its last known location before the signal has been lost. Our system will automatically update you when a new location has been received. When requesting a live update, please allow between 20 seconds to 5 minutes for it to update. The time it takes depends on the cell coverage at the specific moment you request the update. You can also close your phone and the moment the app receives a location update from the watch, you will receive a push notification.
