First, connect your charger to your computer’s USB port, and make sure your sound is turned up on your computer. Connect your watch to the charger to check if it will recognize it (this may take up to one minute). If the computer does read the device (makes a sound after plug-in), disconnect it from the computer and wait one minute and then plug it back into the wall charger for two hours. It should work properly after being fully charged.
If you do not hear the computer make a sound after the watch is plugged in, please connect it to the wall for at least two hours, regardless of the inactivity on the watch screen. After two hours, unplug the watch and see if you receive a notification on the app.
